Meet the people who grow your food. Shop for locally grown produce, flowers, eggs, seafood and honey as well as baked goods and cheeses made by our proud local food crafts people.

Residents and visitors to the San Francisco Bay Area will be pleased to find a bounty of vibrant Farmers Markets within an hours drive of the bay. Everyone has the option to purchase freshly harvested seasonal, cheeses, flowers, eggs, seafood, baked goods and honey. What better way to support our local economy and the people who produce your food.  You’ll be surprised to learn that several cities have more than one market per day. Below, I’ve compiled a comprehensive list of all the Farmer Markets in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can search this list via the Subject Matter list of Farmers Market cities to the right of this post. Unless otherwise noted, all markets are year-round, rain or shine. If you have an update to this resource list, kindly email me with that information or simply click the comment bubble in the upper right hand corner of each post and share your comment. This information will be updated annually in the spring before many of the seasonal markets begin. Please share your comments about your neighborhood farmers market and favorite vendors. In the near future, look forward to a comprehensive list of the local farmers and food producers and details about their products as well as a calendar that details seasonal product availability.
